I have been doing art since the age of 5...well, if you call it art back then. Drawing snowmen and cats.
My grandpa taught me at a young age to continue with art when everyone else around you is telling you its not worth it. All through school thats the only thing that kept me sane. I have always been the quiet artist and I was ok with that.
After high school, I took some classes at the community college and learned how to better my art. I took Printmaking, Figure Drawing, Intermediate Art(didn't have to do beginners), Painting, Art History, Pen and Ink, and color theory and dimensions. All of this helped with with drawing today.
I have always had a hard time with drawing from my mind, it was never a strength of mine, but I am learning to do so. I have started digital art for the first time, thanks to a coworker of mine, he lent me a WACOM tablet to draw. Learning how to go from paper to computer is really difficult so please bare with me as I self teach myself how to do it. I am lucky if I get time to do this because I am a full time mom to a 2 year old little girl, I have a full time job selling cars, and am a full time wife. Like I said, Art is the only thing that keeps me sane.
thanks
